JR Stone Elite is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. We communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. We train our staff to communicate with customers with various types of disabilities and will work with individuals to determine the most effective method of communication based on their needs.
We are committed to providing accessible telephone services to our customers. Our staff are trained to communicate with customers over the telephone in clear and plain language and to speak clearly and slowly. We offer to communicate with customers by email, text message, or other methods if telephone communication is not suitable.
We welcome people with disabilities who use assistive devices to access our services. Our staff are trained to be familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our goods and services at our Toronto location and showrooms.
We welcome service animals on the parts of our premises that are open to the public and other third parties. A person with a disability who is accompanied by a service animal will be allowed to enter our premises with the animal and to keep the animal with them at all times, including our showroom facilities and office locations in Toronto.
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to enter our premises with their support person. At no time will a person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person be prevented from having access to their support person while on our premises. We will waive any admission fees that may apply for support persons.
